![]() You mentioned the Swine Prince, his later "forms" are the Swine King (Veteran) and the Swine God (Champion). All of this applies for both the main bosses in each area, and the optional bosses that appear once you kill the main boss at a given level. Their stats increase and their abilities hit harder/have nastier status effects/have a more likely chance to cause those status effects. The bosses get more difficult at higher tiers. They will appear eventually (generally requiring you to clear out the previous version of the boss/explore enough) and be there until you clear them, and there's no time limit in the base game so you can get to it whenever it suits you. ![]() The only way to beat the fight is to kill the Prince first. Longer answer: there are versions of each boss at each of the three tiers: Apprentice, Veteran, Champion. If you kill Wilbur the Swine Prince will almost always wipe your party. As long as there are Apprentice adventurers available (a suggested early upgrade is getting the Stagecoach to provide at least 4 newbies every week), you will be able to do that adventure whenever you please. < 1 2 > Showing 1 - 15 of 30 comments Paul1159 10:00am Did you kill wilbur first Ya never kill wilbur first.my arbalest has quick reflexes to give him +2 speed the level 5 weapon gives a base of 5, and then you can give upto 2-3 per trinket with things like prophet's eye, ancestor's pistol, feath. so his first attack is aways the stun attack and then its the mark attack. ![]() Short answer: the Apprentice version of the Swine Prince will always be available to kill as an Apprentice level mission (suitable for adventurers of resolve level 0-2). we're talking about swine god, thats the champion level. ![]()
